Job Summary

Build and scale Quince’s compensation intelligence from scratch for the Global Rewards team. Architect data systems, automated pipelines, and AI-powered tooling that unify Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, and Radford into a live compensation environment. Design real-time compensation benchmarking, automate manual compensation workflows, support the annual review cycle, and surface actionable insights for Finance, Legal, and People as Quince grows globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and build custom tooling integrating Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, and Radford into a unified, live data environment.
•Design and deploy automated benchmarking and compensation structure processes, including real-time market data scraping and monitoring pipelines.
•Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate compensation processes and surface actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
•Support the annual compensation review cycle, including data modeling, system administration, and manager-facing deliverables.
•Own monthly equity grant approval motion and collaborate with Finance and Legal to execute on time and in compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience actively building with AI tools (prompting, scripting, or constructing workflows with LLMs or AI APIs), not just using AI products.
•Experience in compensation, total rewards, or people analytics (or curiosity about compensation with a track record of picking up new domains quickly).
•Strong proficiency in data tools and scripting (Python, SQL, or similar) to build automated pipelines, custom integrations, and analytical tooling.
•Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or people systems (e.g., Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, Radford, or equivalents).
