Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned to customer needs.
•Develop integration and personalization strategies for Dynamics CRM with other applications.
•Collaborate with clients and teams to drive CRM transformations.
•Apply knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules, customizations, plugins, and workflows.
•Support solution planning and implementation by aligning technical design with business requirements.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM architect.
•Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration with Dynamics 365.
•Knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules, including customizations, plugins, and workflows.
•Ability to build trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively in a team.
•Ability to plan and develop integration and customization strategies for Dynamics CRM with other applications.
