Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site IT troubleshooting assistance to venue administrative, operations, and production staff.
•Identify, track, and help resolve persistent venue technology issues, escalating to remote support teams using established procedures.
•Serve as an onsite liaison and provide guided access for visiting IT service/support providers.
•Support tour production connectivity needs and fulfill artist/tour IT rider requirements before and on day of show.
•Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment, including POS terminals, and support seasonal preparation and special-event infrastructure.

•Experience with and in-depth knowledge of Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies.
•Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional style.

•Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with flexibility for evening/weekend on-call and extended event hours.
