Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide account management support to existing and potential clients.
  • •Manage and deliver high-quality broking services for existing clients.
  • •Achieve business growth via portfolio penetration and prospecting.
  • •Liaise with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewals and resolve related issues.
  • •Perform claims data analytics and develop clear, concise reports for renewal preparation; support assigned projects.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate with minimum 10 years of working experience in Employee Benefits in a broker firm or insurance company(ies).
  • •Holder of FLMI or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV are preferred.
  • •Mature self-starter with good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong analytics and negotiations skills.
  • •Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
