•Coordinate deployment and training timelines, including classroom and field ride-alongs, to ensure successful post-sale adoption
•Provide post-sale troubleshooting and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
•Lead on-site deployment and training activities and manage post-deployment satisfaction surveys
•Secure and maintain required credentials and vaccinations/test requirements per Zoll policy, coordinating accommodations as needed

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years clinical experience as a respiratory therapist
•Licensed Respiratory Therapist or NBRC Credential
•Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements (e.g., Reptrax, Vendormate)
•Proven ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80% (on-site deployments)
