Lead the India-region developer growth strategy for Roblox by partnering with publishers, developers and industry partners to drive adoption and ecosystem relationships. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creator, and International teams, launch technical products in international markets, and advocate for partners with data-driven decisions while guiding cross-functional teams toward Roblox’s long-term vision.

•Proactively set team goals, monitor progress and conversation trends with key partners.
•Partner with data scientists, product, engineering and leaders across the company.

•Communicate risk factors of the region and make difficult decisions.
•Actively share reports to reflect the impact of your work with the company.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of overall experience with at least 6+ years in technical project management
•Experience launching a technical product in international markets
•Experience with Roblox Studio or another game development engine (e.g., Unity or Unreal)
•Ability to proactively communicate with all key stakeholders
•Self-directed with the ability to establish work processes and team goals
