Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and IT to promote operational enhancement and automation using LLMs and generative AI.
  • •Identify operational challenges and plan/execute improvements and automation of business processes.
  • •Design and implement LLM/generative AI automation and support solutions (hands-on).
  • •Develop and standardize LLM applications, including RAG architecture, prompt management, API integration, and logging/audit foundations.
  • •Support PoC-to-production delivery, including requirements definition, development, progress management, and quality/safety/compliance checks.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of practical experience in AI solution development, data science, or software/cloud engineering (preferred).

  • •Basic understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and API integrations.
  • •Practical experience with Python and SQL; data analysis experience (statistics, machine learning) is a plus.
