Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement HSE procedures and standards, collaborate with HSE colleagues, and conduct daily safety walks to keep the Safety Superintendent informed.
  • •Verify subcontractor safety compliance by checking MS/JSA, work permits, and conducting work-scope and equipment inspections prior to field activities.
  • •Coordinate with discipline supervisors, monitor subcontractor productivity and execution to maintain the program, and check installed work against technical documents and quality plans.
  • •Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, ELV, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary), including monitoring testing/defect closure and punch list completion.
  • •Review MEP shop drawings, method statements, and inspection/test plans; coordinate MEP interfaces to avoid clashes; manage modifications via R.W.E. forms and maintain daily log records.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Technical Certificate in engineering or a related discipline (essential).
  • •Relevant Singapore Ministry of Manpower Workplace Safety and Health trainings.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the associated industry).
  • •High level of written and spoken communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in local authority regulations related to construction and construction methodology.
