Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Product Managers in gathering and documenting business needs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data- and AI-enabled products.
  • •Maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, status updates, release notes, and process documentation to keep work organized.
  • •Partner with engineering, data, analytics, design, and business teams to ensure requirements are understood and supported.
  • •Perform structured product testing, document results, verify data/workflow outcomes, and raise defects or concerns.
  • •Review product usage, data quality, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and prepare demo materials and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •At least 1+ year of experience supporting product development, software delivery, data and analytics, AI, business analysis, or related technical work.
  • •Foundational knowledge of data concepts and modern technology environments.
  • •Ability to follow established processes and execute assigned activities with guidance.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills, including documenting work and collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues.
