Job Summary

Manage the movement, placement, and scheduling of assets for the Southern Construction Division across Central, Southern, and Southeast Ohio. Promote safety for drivers, foremen, and crews, oversee safe operation of lowboy rigs and monitor HOS, and maintain visibility of the vehicle fleet and rentals. Coordinate surface treatment projects, assess owned/leased fleet and rental needs, and support operations, safety, and equipment functions.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote safety for drivers, foreman, and crews, ensuring adherence to safety practices and policies.
•Ensure safe driver operation of four lowboy rigs and monitor HOS and vehicle behavior.
•Manage visibility of the Southern Construction vehicle fleet and assets and schedule lowboy moves across the division.
•Assess owned and leased fleet and determine rental needs; maintain and monitor rental fleet for cost coding.
•Schedule and manage surface treatment projects, including performance management and quality execution of tasks.

•10 years of construction industry experience.
