Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret complex distribution agreements for television stations and networks, Peacock, and FAST channels.
  • •Provide business-facing legal advice for analysis, planning, and compliance across current and future agreements.
  • •Partner with business and legal teams to maintain deal alignment and ensure information flow.
  • •Maintain expertise in the fast-changing television distribution landscape and relevant entertainment business developments.
  • •Stay current on developments in law and technology, including privacy, ad tech, consumer functionality, security, and content windowing.
