Plant Manager (Berlin, VT, US, 05641)

Lead day-to-day plant operations while ensuring efficient and safe performance of plant and equipment. Promote a strong safety culture, oversee concrete material sales, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of cement and supplies. Supervise plant employees, provide safety training, and maintain critical procedures such as Lock-Out Tag-Out.
