Manager, Product Management – Technical

Lead technical product management for Mastercard Identity’s Business Identity capabilities, translating product strategy into detailed technical requirements and driving execution with engineering, data science, commercialization, and legal. Own feature backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, and product KPIs, while collaborating on prototypes, technical story reviews, and post-launch improvements. Partner with stakeholders and external customers to refine needs, manage dependencies, and support regulatory compliance, audit evidence, and risk assessments.
