Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex employee relations investigations with limited supervision, maintaining confidentiality, neutrality and fairness across regions
  • •Conduct investigations into misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other inappropriate behavior
  • •Provide guidance on Labor compliance and local laws to leadership and act as SPOC for APJ Leadership on ER matters
  • •Collaborate with Legal, HR Ops, TA, TR, Govt Relations and the business to resolve ER issues and improve employee experience
  • •Develop metrics, analytics, and knowledge repositories to track ER program progress and continuously improve ER practices

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 133,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Employment Law (degree added advantage)
  • •Experience leading employee relations investigations, with strong knowledge of labor laws across Southeast Asia, Australia and Japan
  • •Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and ability to handle confidential information
  • •Experience improving HR systems and processes (e.g., ServiceNow) and driving ER program enhancements
  • •Ability to partner across HR, Legal, HR Ops, TA, TR and Govt Relations and act as APJ ER strategic advisor
