Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards
  • •Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards
  • •Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives
  • •Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
  • •Plan for and manage the ongoing quality, safety, health and environment issues; Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in relevant construction, real estate or project management discipline
  • •Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required
  • •Excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • •Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB
  • •Experience delivering complex real estate projects
