Job Summary

Own the end-to-end technical implementation of a generative AI product for care gap and coding automation. Lead enterprise deployment timelines through internal kickoff to go-live, performing hands-on EHR integration and build/configuration. Partner with client IT, clinical informatics, analysts, and a Client Success Partner to deliver outcomes, support testing/validation, and translate learnings into feature scoping, product strategy, and an implementation playbook for eventual Delivery team ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and manage enterprise deployment timelines for the Qventus Care Gap and Coding Automation solution through internal kickoff to go-live, driving resolution of risks and issues.
•Perform hands-on build and configuration, including EHR integration work, to stand up the solution at client sites.
•Contribute to feature design and scoping using field and implementation insights, especially for EHR-embedded components.
•Support client-agnostic testing and validation of new product changes prior to broader release.
•Develop and maintain a technical implementation playbook (integration patterns, deployment artifacts, workflow designs, and test/validation scripts) for a clean handoff to Delivery.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project or program management experience leading end-to-end lifecycles for enterprise-wide SaaS implementations across internal and external teams.
•5+ years professional experience in a healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
•5+ years in an implementation, delivery, or product-oriented role, with comfort operating at the intersection of implementation and product.
•Experience with EHR integration and build/configuration activities; Epic integrations and relevant Epic certifications are highly preferred.
•Strong technical proficiency including SQL, plus documented testing/validation work and translating ambiguous requirements into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
