•Lead, supervise, and coordinate a crew of carpenters and laborers on active job sites.
•Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications; communicate scope clearly to crew members.
•Plan daily tasks, assign work, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
•Construct and oversee the building of frameworks such as walls, floors, and door/window frames.
•Oversee installation of structures and fixtures (doors, cabinets, drywall, trim, etc.) and ensure safety compliance.
