Key Responsibilities

•Code, architect, and own moderate to complex backend components for core platform features.
•Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews while partnering on end-to-end delivery for small/medium projects.
•Potentially lead a small team or a project, beyond hands-on backend work.
•Focus on AI-enabled insights and optimizing customer onboarding experiences from user data.
•Enhance core messaging and calling features, including customer data management and visibility of conversations and contacts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with TypeScript, or object-oriented languages such as Java or C# and JavaScript/Node.
•Strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing.

•Practice empathy and thoughtfulness when evaluating tradeoffs to deliver the best solution for customers and teammates.
