Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the CEO and Head of Labs to identify a wedge from a thesis and define the smallest version worth shipping.
  • •Write product specs, run builds, make tradeoffs, and cut scope to ship within ~90 days.
  • •Pull BitGo custody, stablecoin, and settlement rails into consumer-facing surfaces.
  • •Set launch criteria and real numbers in advance to determine product fate.
  • •Review results honestly and either double down or kill the product, then start the next cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product experience, with at least some experience in consumer products.
  • •Ability to take a product from nothing (startup/side project or true zero-to-one within a larger company), not just run roadmaps for existing products.

  • •Comfort with crypto concepts and understanding how owning the rails enables consumer applications.
  • •Strong decision-making in small teams with short cycles, including the ability to kill work based on results.
