Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive end-to-end OTC regression testing and release management for releases, enhancements, fixes, and projects.
  • •Review release scope and technical changes, and develop regression test plans and testing strategies based on impact assessments.
  • •Create and maintain regression test scenarios and test cases for end-to-end OTC business processes and integrations.
  • •Set up, validate, and maintain test data and coordinate regression testing across multiple applications and cross-functional teams.
  • •Manage release readiness, move-to-production readiness, post-production validation, defect triage, and provide release approval recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and Supply Chain business operations.
  • •Hands-on experience with regression testing, UAT, release management, and production deployment support.
  • •Proven ability to develop regression test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data strategies.
  • •Strong working knowledge of TestRail and tools such as JIRA, SAP, OIS, OSS, EClaims, and 3W.
  • •Ability to understand technical solution designs and translate them into effective testing strategies.
