Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 2nd Line of Defence oversight and challenge across strategic, product, operational, financial, regulatory, conduct, and emerging risks.
  • •Champion risk culture and promote clear risk ownership across Financial Services.
  • •Partner with value stream leaders to strengthen risk management capabilities and challenge First Line activities.
  • •Ensure ongoing development and embedding of risk standards within the Partnership Risk Management framework.
  • •Own incident management for Financial Services, including design, compliance monitoring, and reporting on themes and trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in risk management, regulation, and governance within a financial services organisation.
  • •Significant experience in reporting and analytics skills.
  • •Experience working with Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) and associated tools.
  • •Proven experience in 2nd Line of Defence oversight within financial services or on large-scale strategic programmes.
  • •Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with senior leaders and adapt your approach.
