Key Responsibilities

  • •Project Plan: Reviews and formulates the project plan/workstream, creates budget and determines required resources, clarifies role and activities of team members; conducts research, workshops and activities to support deliverables.
  • •Project Initiation: Understands business needs, stakeholders and linkages to other projects regarding scope and objectives.
  • •Project Execution: Coordinates the project team(s); communicates outcomes, coordinates tasks, requests additional team member support, and takes corrective actions.
  • •Project closure: Manages closing, analyzes lessons learned and leads handover to Project Lead, internal customer and/or line management.
  • •Risk management: Identifies and reviews problems and risks, makes recommendations and implements approved actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in project management roles and project delivery.
  • •Good knowledge of the competencies or technical area managed and awareness of business issues.
  • •Ability to coordinate project activities, plan, budget, and manage resources.
  • •Experience in preparing project plans, reports and governance documentation.
  • •Ability to communicate with stakeholders and coach project team members on ASML project management standards.
