Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a mobile infrastructure engineering team, driving ownership and accountability across platform milestones.
•Set the technical direction for mobile infrastructure—including tooling, shared frameworks, performance systems, and developer experience toolchain.
•Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the team to raise the quality and velocity of delivery.
•Drive architecture decisions and engineering standards across the mobile platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability at scale.
•Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, unblock development, and raise engineering quality across the organisation.
