Senior Legal Specialist

Provide legal support to Adobe Legal’s Antitrust team by managing end-to-end support for complex antitrust matters, including investigations, litigation, M&A coordination, and regulatory filings. Build and maintain matter management plans, timelines, budgets, and status dashboards. Serve as the liaison with outside counsel and economic consultants, lead e-discovery workflows, and conduct structured investigative research to support third-party subpoenas and RFIs.
