Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety & awareness by leading or joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols.
  • •Maintain strong store presence on the selling floor (75–80%) to deter theft, support service, and help create a safe environment.
  • •Collaborate with store leaders to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and complete audits and prepare asset protection reports.
  • •De-escalate situations professionally, prioritize safety and client experience, and support compliance with asset protection policies and licensing requirements. (Represent Sephora in court if required.)
