Job Summary

Global Benefits Associate coordinating insured employee benefits for multinational clients from the Mexico City office. You will manage client portfolios, renew benefit plans, supervise data in internal systems, prepare pre-renewal strategies and stewardship reports, and collaborate with regional teams using Outlook and Webex/Teams in a hybrid, full-time environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the renewal of workforce benefit plans, coordinating information and key dates with relevant teams
•Supervise client and plan data in internal systems (TBS/GI) to ensure information is complete and up to date
•Prepare initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategies and annual Stewardship reports for clients
•Collaborate daily with teams located in various regions using Outlook and Webex/Teams to acquire and assess required information
•Suggest and help implement improvements to tools, templates, and documentation that support more efficient service delivery and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required
•Fluent English (B2 minimum, ideally C1) in speaking and writing
•Experience in the insurance or employee benefits sector desirable
•Solid command of MS Office with intermediate Excel, comfortable with data trackers and internal systems
•Strong organization, time management and ability to manage multiple tasks with a client-service mindset
