Own Instructure’s Business & Government (BizGov) sector strategy and multi-year top-line performance, including bookings, renewals, revenue, and ARR for a $1B+ ARR company. Lead a cross-functional Operational Leadership Team across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance to execute sector bets, manage a P&L outlook, and optimize ROI through measurable program standards and reallocation decisions. Serve as the sector’s external and executive-facing voice.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and drive the multi-year BizGov strategy across workforce, government, and corporate markets.
•Own BizGov non-renewal bookings, renewal bookings, revenue, and ARR; monitor metrics and drive mitigation when off track.
•Orchestrate a cross-functional Operational Leadership Team to operate like a sector P&L team with clear priorities and outcomes.
•Partner peer-to-peer with executive functional leaders to align commitments using the Strategy Contract and resolve disagreements at the right level.
•Represent BizGov externally to customers, partners, analysts, and press; translate sector performance into commercial language for executive and board settings.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 275,000 - 300,000 annually

•Led cross-functional orchestration at scale, driving Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance toward shared outcomes.
•Built and owned multi-year strategy with strategy ownership and accountability beyond a single quarter.
