Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and timely filing of payroll taxes, payments, and statutory requests across USA and Canada jurisdictions.
  • •Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of payroll specialists to meet payroll deadlines.
  • •Develop and maintain payroll processes and documentation to standardize efficiency and improve compliance.
  • •Deliver biweekly/monthly/quarterly/year-end payroll activities including balancing, reporting, and administering W2, W2-C, T4s, and RTL1s.
  • •Manage escalated payroll inquiries and collaborate with corporate tax and accounting to support month-end processes and compliance risk.
