Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bitcell design and process integration for high-density NVM technologies
  • •Define and generate SWR/DOE (experiments) and test structure definitions

  • •Conduct device characterization and device simulation
  • •Collaborate across disciplines (process, design, failure analysis) and with development and fabrication groups to bring technology to fruition

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree

  • •Experience with emerging NVM technologies, especially RRAM
  • •Experience with NVM technologies operation and electrical testing
