Key Responsibilities

  • •Own deep customer integrations by designing and implementing integrations with core customer systems.
  • •Build and productize integrations by expanding Flair’s API for repeatable, self-serve integrations.
  • •Define patterns, tooling, documentation, and best practices that make integrations faster and more predictable over time.
  • •Partner with core engineering to build out APIs and services.
  • •Forward-deployed engineering for AI needs analysis by gathering customer requirements and delivering end-to-end experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Senior-level experience as a Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • •Strong background in APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • •Comfort working directly with customers on ambiguous, high-impact problems.
