Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; and diagnose issues faster using data.
  • •Order parts as needed and maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Practice safe job practices during repairs and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; when required, travel to customer job sites for maintenance/repairs and maintain a clean service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools, with extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (move, stand, stoop, bend).
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Ability to provide superior customer service and strong verbal/written communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, and field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
