Job Summary

Lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering enabling infrastructure and resort complex projects, overseeing strategy, planning, commercial management, stakeholder coordination, design integration, construction execution, and commissioning. Own project safety, schedule, budget, quality, and field operations while managing risks, claims, disputes, change orders, and third-party interfaces. Drive document control and reporting to upper management and provide guidance to direct reports across Universal Destinations & Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership to a multi-department project team to establish scope and schedule requirements, develop budgets, manage procurement, and complete design, construction, and commissioning.
•Oversee project safety, including acceptance of contractor safety plans, and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
•Manage the planning and execution of enabling infrastructure (including public roadways and bridges) and overarching site logistics across the resort complex.
•Integrate construction works for third-party development across the resort complex, including rail station and supporting developments.
•Maintain project procedures and document control (correspondence, RFI’s, directives, drawings, submittals, meeting minutes, action trackers) and manage overall budget and schedule tracking/reporting.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Management, or related field.
•Experience leading construction project management in engineering, construction, or commercial facilities.
•Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects across design and construction phases.
•Experience with project scheduling, estimating, bidding, and negotiations.
•Strong knowledge of enabling infrastructure delivery (roadways, rail development, roadway structures) and managing third-party developers/stakeholders.
