Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct Portfolio Reviews with Relationship Managers, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risks.
  • •Improve Relationship Managers’ product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training.
  • •Join Relationship Managers in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input based on technical knowledge.
  • •Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.
  • •Provide technical guidance and support to Relationship Managers, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the same.

Key Requirements

  • •An accredited Degree/Diploma Holder
  • •Advanced experience in Insurance/Bancassurance, especially with high net-worth products such as Universal Life
  • •Strong presentation and pitching skills to engage Relationship Managers and clients
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
  • •Strong passion for training and coaching of insurance products, concepts and sales with Relationship Managers
