Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate seamless flow of inbound stock imports and outbound customer orders into/out of global distribution centres at the right cost and time while adhering to customs compliance requirements.
  • •Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and vendors daily, ensuring all documentation is in place and compliant for import and subsequent re-export to 170+ markets.
  • •Accurately classify goods using the Harmonised Tariff System and provide clear, concise import clearance instructions to carriers.
  • •Assist the customer care team to ensure seamless delivery of customer shipments.
  • •Process urgent non-customer shipment requests through carrier software, create relevant shipping documents, and identify supply-chain risks to maintain compliance controls.

Key Requirements
