Branch Leader I, II or III - Southpark

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and people leadership while executing branch business development. Grow branch revenue by expanding Small Business and Mass Affluent relationships through in-person appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics, partnering with IRM and Operations while managing human capital decisions for the team.
