Service Technician

Provide on-site service and support for Mad City Windows & Baths customers, diagnosing and repairing remodeling projects (showers, tubs, windows, drywall and trim) with a focus on quality, safety, and timely reporting. Work across the Midwest & East Coast in a field role, leveraging tools provided by the company, and contribute to high customer satisfaction with efficient turnarounds and clear service reports.
