Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate residential 1st mortgage loans for outside referrals, taking overall responsibility from application to closing.
  • •Develop internal and external referral contacts (realtors, builders, professionals/COIs and personas) with sales leadership and Senior Loan Originators.
  • •Learn and apply mortgage loan origination components including agency/portfolio guidelines, processing, underwriting, closing, and pricing procedures.
  • •Collect appropriate documentation, deliver the loan package within management-set time frames, and manage loan pipeline through closing.
