Lead the guest experience on the sales floor by assessing customer connection, delivering technical product education, and coaching the team to close gaps. Build daily client relationships, analyze reports to drive results, and ensure strong sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives. Partner with Operations & Visual Leads to manage budgets, inventory, vendors, technology, and facilities. Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and development.
