Job Summary

Operate asphalt paving heavy equipment—such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, and loaders—to support asphalt placement, compaction, and finishing on construction projects. Maintain grade, slope, and surface quality in coordination with the paving crew. Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and routine maintenance, adjust equipment controls for proper material flow and speed, and follow OSHA/company safety procedures. Read paving plans, grade stakes, and specifications as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment including asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, loaders, and other paving equipment.
•Ensure proper placement, compaction, and finishing of asphalt materials per specifications.
