•Lead customer implementations end-to-end, owning each project from scoping and kickoff through go-live and post-launch, coordinating with customer engineering and product teams
•Ensure the B2B2C motion delivers high-conversion consumer experiences and alignment with customer business goals throughout the build
•Act as forward-deployed product lead, identifying and resolving blockers by coordinating with internal and external Product and Engineering teams
•Manage a portfolio of high-stakes implementations across multiple customers and geographies, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
•Build playbooks, templates, and frameworks to scale implementation processes for future teams

Key Requirements

•5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or professional services at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company, preferably in fintech, payments, or developer-platforms

•ability to design engagements with no playbook, shaping engagements from first contact to successful integration
•technical fluency to discuss API architecture, webhooks, and integration design with engineers and product stakeholders
•excellent written and verbal communication to align C-suite, engineering, and internal teams
