Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Fund II capital raise and contribute to fundraising across relevant Antler India and global vehicles, including continuity funds and co-investment opportunities.
  • •Own the full fundraising cycle: origination, qualification, relationship development, pitching, diligence, negotiation, documentation, onboarding, and closing.
  • •Manage investor relations for Fund I LPs, providing high-quality LP experience across onboarding, reporting, drawdowns, distributions, and engagement.
  • •Collaborate with India Partners and global teams on Fund II strategy, storytelling, positioning, pitch materials, and fund documentation.
  • •Build and lead a small capital team while remaining hands-on in day-to-day fundraising, negotiations, and investor management.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Senior experience in capital formation, institutional distribution, investor relations, or fundraising within asset management, venture capital, private equity, or alternative investments.
  • •Significant experience raising capital in India, with a strong track record of originating and closing complex fund commitments.
  • •Deep relationships across Indian institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, fund-of-funds, government-backed investors, corporates, and strategic allocators.
  • •Experience managing institutional due diligence and discussing fund performance, portfolio construction, and investment strategy.
  • •Ability to build or lead a capital formation team while remaining personally accountable for fundraising outcomes.
