Job Summary

Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests with a strong focus on data validation and ETL quality. Build SQL-based validations and automated test cases, perform schema evolution and impact analysis, and run performance and stress testing for stability. Partner with teams on defect triage, RCA, and quality improvements, and support CI/CD integration with shift-left testing. Monitor data quality KPIs and dashboards to drive continuous enhancement.

•Perform data validation, reconciliation, and business rule checks.
•Conduct schema evolution and impact analysis to prevent downstream failures.
•Develop SQL-based validations and automated test cases.
•Support performance and stress testing and contribute to defect triage, RCA, quality improvements, and CI/CD/shift-left testing adoption.

Key Requirements

•6–9 years of experience in QA with strong focus on data testing and ETL validation.
•Advanced SQL expertise for data validation, reconciliation, and business rule checks.
•Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and PyTest.
•Strong understanding of data models, schema validation, and data pipelines.
•Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments with strong analytical and debugging skills.
