Job Summary

Deliver exceptional VIP dining experiences as part of the Food and Beverage team. Welcome and engage VIP guests, remember preferences, take and deliver precise food and beverage orders, and provide tailored menu recommendations. Process billing and payments accurately, uphold first-in-class hygiene and service standards, and use sales techniques to upsell bespoke services and promotions. Collaborate on events, table setup, and training while contributing to the distinctive “Vibe at FIVE.”

Key Responsibilities

•Greet VIP guests upon arrival and provide a warm, FIVE-styled welcome.
•Remember and acknowledge guest preferences using guest history records to deliver personalized service.
•Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, including special dietary requirements.
•Provide menu presentations and knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences and ingredient availability.
•Process billing and payments and uphold high hygiene, safety, and service standards while escalating relevant concerns to the Head of Department.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience as a VIP Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.
•Professional, well-groomed appearance aligned with FIVE grooming standards.
•Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
•Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with ownership and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
