Join the Finance IT function as Product Owner for Finance Systems, collaborating with Finance, IT, and vendors to plan, design, and implement SAP FI/CO-based digital initiatives. Own the roadmap, drive end-to-end delivery, oversee UAT and change management, and provide operational system support to optimize finance processes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the product roadmap for Finance systems, ensuring alignment between Finance process needs and system capabilities.
•Collaborate with functional teams to identify, define, and document business needs, user requirements, and system enhancements.
•Lead business process reviews and formulate use cases with business users.
•Manage the end-to-end delivery for new projects and enhancements, including: requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation; collaboration with internal/external stakeholders for smooth delivery and KPI achievement; conducting UAT; driving change management and post-implementation reviews.
•Provide operational support for Finance systems: guide users on system usage, administration; manage incident resolution and periodic tasks; identify opportunities for process improvement and automation; support audits and compliance reviews of Finance IT applications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related discipline.
•At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Technology, or ERP system implementation.
•Prior hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA FI & CO modules and strong understanding of core Finance processes (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders).
•Mid-career professionals with finance background transitioning into digital or product ownership roles are strongly preferred.
•Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder management is an advantage.
