Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize production processes focusing on reliability, quality and safety of equipment and processes in Rakona (Making or Packing)
  • •For Packing: ensure products reach final packaging, set up pallets, monitor performance losses and identify projects to meet packing-line targets; support installation and startup of new equipment and maintenance tools
  • •For Making: ensure flexible, high-quality production from R&D recipes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, develop learning programs for operators and team leaders, and standardize processes
  • •Contribute to redesign and development of manufacturing processes and systems
  • •Monitor equipment conditions and optimize performance and maintenance requirements; plan and coordinate projects with team members to ensure timely, on-budget and safe/quality-compliant completion
