Deliver exceptional guest experiences while representing the Coach brand. Support store sales by greeting customers, sharing menu and product knowledge, and meeting individual and store sales goals through beverage and merchandise recommendations. Maintain visual standards, keep the workplace clean and stocked, and follow sanitation and food safety practices while operating espresso machines, grinders, and ovens. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and flexible shift coverage.
