Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, loaders, skid steers) for exterior operations and site needs.
  • •Support exterior build leads by directing crew safely and assisting with tasks like fence line marking and equipment maintenance coordination.
  • •Perform signage duties by hanging signs around the festival perimeter to direct headliners.
  • •Load and unload headliners from buses on show days, supporting shuttle operations.
  • •Maintain readiness in loud, busy, and potentially extreme temperature environments while meeting deadlines and travel needs.
