Drive AI product transformation by leading product ownership for an in-house, LLM-based productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues. Key Responsibilities

•Lead product ownership in shaping and delivering an in-house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues.
•Contribute to product vision, roadmap execution, and feature planning.
•Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights, analyzing MI, conducting research, and tracking user behaviour and needs.
•Work with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organized, prioritized backlog.
•Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption, and ensure market/user expectations are met.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience across financial services and/or consulting.
•Experience supporting product development or product ownership with end-to-end product lifecycle understanding.
•Basic knowledge of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles.
•Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
•Ability to operate with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
