Be the face of Clio’s Barcelona office, delivering exceptional front‑of‑house experiences, coordinating visits, mail and space management, supporting events, and ensuring safe, compliant, welcoming spaces. You’ll partner with People, IT and security, manage vendor relationships, and analyze programs to boost workplace effectiveness in a hybrid environment.

Job Function: Facilities, Workplace & Physical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Front office management and reception, including visitor and employee sign-in and access systems, mail management, and all other shipping/receiving.
•Orient employees and guests to the space through site tours and wayfinding.
•Maintain and oversee the facility to ensure it is well-stocked, clean, and welcoming; perform light cleaning of communal spaces.
•Identify facility deficiencies, coordinate repairs, and track deficiency status; maintain facility inspection records.
•Coordinate onsite design-build projects, renovations, and office relocations as needed; plan, coordinate and host internal and external events.
