Job Summary

Provide on-premises support for AVI-SPL customers at site locations by setting up and maintaining conference/AV environments. Perform preventative maintenance, test/repair hardware components, clean AV equipment, document work, and train clients on AV technology. Install non-complex AV components and support audio/video recording and systems troubleshooting, coordinating with the customer, management, helpdesk, and SIG teams while following local safety standards.

•Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
•Perform preventative maintenance by testing, repairing, and ensuring AV technology works as designed.
•Clean AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, equipment fans) and document job site activities.
•Provide support including meeting support, installing non-complex AV components, and assisting with video/audio recording where applicable.
•Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video systems and travel to job sites as required.
